Hi, I’m Harsha — a Solution Architect with 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience, now running my own business full-time while staying close to the tech that got me here.
By day, I design and build systems — from enterprise Java applications to modern web platforms using Spring, Spring Boot, Python, and increasingly, GenAI and agentic AI. By practice, I run Esteem Groups, an interior design, modular furniture manufacturing, and construction company headquartered in Suryapet, Telangana, with 100+ completed projects across Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Khammam, and Warangal.
ShoKaizenLabs exists because I never stopped being a developer at heart. This is where I document what I’m actually learning and building — not recycled theory, but real implementation notes from real problems: architecting Java and Spring systems, building microservices, and exploring where GenAI and agentic AI genuinely fit into production software.
The name reflects the approach: Sho (introduction/discovery) + Kaizen (改善 — continuous, incremental improvement) — learning one topic deeply, one day at a time, and sharing it in a way that’s clearer than how I first found it.
